Abstract
Excitonic effects on coherent oscillations of a photoexcited electron wave packet in a double-quantum-well structure was studied using the time-dependent Schrödinger equation. It was demonstrated that the oscillation period of the electron wave packet increases due to the electron-hole Coulomb interaction. Keywords
