Abstract
The reaction has been studied by magnetic analysis. A ground state value of 4.831±0.013 Mev has been measured, with excited states at 0.693, 1.440, and 1.97 Mev excitation. The prominence of the 0.693-Mev level in this reaction indicates that it is probably , if isotopic spin selection rules may be considered valid.
