Abstract
To a volume of fixed cell suspension an equal amount of 96% ethanol is added. The suspension is dialyzed through a cellophane dialyzing bag against 96% ethanol, then against absolute ethanol. An equal amount of butyl-methyl-methacrylate is added and the cellophane bag is suspended in front of a fan till the volume left in the bag in that of the monomer introduced, or less. A solution of benzoyl-peroxide in monomer is added so that the final concentration is 1%. The suspension is then set to polymerize in gelatine capsules as usual. Keywords
