Abstract
Syntheses of several 1-substituted 6-thioinosine and 6-thio-guanosine derivatives are described. Substituents were selected to provide a range of steric and hydrophobic properties, ranging from amino to benzyl. Proton NMR and mass spectral data are described and discussed. Keywords
