Abstract
It is shown that if the nucleon-nucleon interaction is charge-independent, then the scattering and polarization data in the energy range 0-310 Mev require the presence of a spin-orbit term in the triplet even-parity potential of the same short range as (but of somewhat less depth than) the spin-orbit term found previously for the triplet odd-parity potential.
