Abstract
At a dietary level of 10% the biol. values for the proteins of these materials were 54.9, 45.1 and 56.5%,respectively,and the digestibilities 83.5, 75.8 and 93.0%. The suitability of the rat for this type of investigation is discussed. Keywords
