Abstract
Verrucous carcinoma is a variant of epidermoid carcinoma with distinctive clinical and pathological features. The diagnosis is often difficult. To date, 20 verrucous carcinomas involving the vulva have been reported. Metastases to the inguino-femoral lymph nodes have not been described. The treatment of choice is wide local excision. Clinical features, histological findings, and therapy are discussed. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
