Abstract
Variable temperature studies of the laser Raman spectrum of solid orthocarborane indicate a change in the line widths of the peaks in the observed frequency region from 745 cm−1 to 815 cm−1. A marked change in the line width of the 807 cm−1 peak around 4°C confirms recently observed anomalies in the NMR spectrum at this temperature. Keywords
