Abstract
Three cases of xanthomata associated with Type II and III hyperlipidemia are presented. Tendon xanthomata are revealed by radiology to be more frequent than osseous ones. Osseous involvement is reported only in Type III hyperlipidemia and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of soft-tissue masses and bone marrow replacement disorders. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
