Abstract
A 6 yr old boy presented with gynecomastia. There was no clinical or biochemical evidence of excessive androgenic or glucocorticoid activity, but urinary estrogen levels were raised. An adrenocortical adenoma, demonstrated by X-ray, was surgically removed. Estrogen levels fell immediately. Three years later the boy showed complete regression of the gynecomastia and no signs of recurrence. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
