Abstract
A 6 yr old boy presented with gynecomastia. There was no clinical or biochemical evidence of excessive androgenic or glucocorticoid activity, but urinary estrogen levels were raised. An adrenocortical adenoma, demonstrated by X-ray, was surgically removed. Estrogen levels fell immediately. Three years later the boy showed complete regression of the gynecomastia and no signs of recurrence.
