Abstract
Isoniazid was found at near plasma levels in the amniotic fluid and fetal plasma of the rabbit and in the submaxillary secretion, pancreatic juice, and milk of the dog. In the dog total isoniazid recovered from urine and bile at the 6th hr. following oral admn. varied from 12.9 to 46.0% Biliary recovery was less than 10% of the total. Keywords
