Abstract
A method for detn. of hyaluronidase in serum is described. The inhibitory capacity of the serum is expressed in units by means of a modification of the turbidity-reducing method. No hyaluronidase standard is required. Sera from 191 healthy donors and 509 patients in a medical clinic were examined. Keywords
