Abstract
Many autoionizing levels of Ne are seen in the ionization efficiency (I.E.) curve between 42 and 51 eV and reported for the first time. A method to estimate energies of 2s22p43s3l states leading to the interpretation of our data is presented. Four negative-ion states are also identified, and their shape factors q and widths Γ are given. New techniques had to be developed and are described. Keywords
