Abstract
A 4-terminal HVdc system with imbalanced inverters and weak ac networks has been simulated digitally by EMTP on a mainframe computer in parallel with a microcomputer containing a detailed control model and user interface. Recovery from different faults has been examined and the performance evaluated.Keywords
