Abstract
Accurate and efficient algorithms are derived for evaluating the inhomogeneous Airy functions that arise in Raman scattering, predissociation, construction of wave functions for nonlocal potentials and wave forms in a dispersive medium. By a proper choice of the integral representation for the inhomogeneous Airy functions the problem of poles in the approximate sum that Gordon encounters does not arise.
