Abstract
In seven patients with glycogenoses of the liver the effects of glycerol administered by mouth on levels of glucose and of lactate, together with the response to epinephrine or glucagon, were correlated with the results of assays of glucose-6-phosphatase, amylo-1,6-glucosidase and phosphorylase performed on material obtained through biopsy of the liver. Keywords
