Abstract
Summary.: Six healthy dogs and ten dogs with mastocytoma were studied. Of the latter, seven were treated with compound 48/80 intravenously. The blood pressure, plasma histamine and/or histamine content of the tumour was studied, and the results discussed in relation to the pertinent literature.Keywords
