Binding of antibody to LDH‐X by the mouse blastocyst

Abstract
LDH‐X from spermatozoa can be demonstrated within the perivitelline space and zona pellucida of the preimplantation mouse embryo. Peroxidase reaction product is deposited in these areas of blastocysts incubated with rabbit anti‐LDH‐X IgG and then with peroxidase labelled goat anti‐rabbit IgG. Unfertilized ova do not bind antibody to LDH‐X.Keywords
