Abstract
Presentation of CaseAn 18-year-old Caucasian man was admitted to the hospital because of hypertension.He was well until eight years earlier, when hypertension was found. Five years before admission a renal angiographic examination, performed elsewhere, showed stenosis of the superior mesenteric and left renal arteries and the infrarenal portion of the abdominal aorta. A percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of the left renal artery was performed on two occasions, with transient improvement in the caliber of the vessel and the blood pressure.
