Abstract
An episode of miliary pulmonary infiltrates is reported in a patient given penicillamine for rheumatoid arthritis. Penicillamine had been administered for 7 wk before the onset of pulmonary changes which disappeared within 2 wk after the drug was withdrawn. It is unlikely that the lung changes were caused by other drugs given to the patient at the same time, by infection or by the rheumatoid arthritis. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
