Abstract
Most of the published descriptions of R. prowazeki in lice have dealt with the minute round, oval, diplococcal or dumb-bell forms found by Ricketts and Wilder (1910), Sergent, Foley and Vialatte (1914), da Rocha-Lima (1916), and others. Keywords
