Abstract
Mineralized specimens (2 to 10 μg) were dissolved in acetate buffer and fluoride was estimated electrometrically under nonequilibrium conditions in the range of 0.5 to 5 ng; no reagents were added to the solution. In this method, which can be applied to all biologic calcified specimens, a technique is used for increasing the sensitivity of the ion electrode. Keywords
