Abstract
Cyanogen bromide was found to condense oligodeoxyribonucleotides on a complementary template in aqueous solution. Optimum conditions for this vigorous and effective reaction were developed. CNBr proved to be useful for incorporation of phosphoramidate or pyrophosphate internucleotide bonds in DNA duplexes. Keywords
