A-T Science Teaching: How Effective Is It?

Abstract
This paper reviews evaluative research, assessing the contributions of audio-autotutorial (A-T) methods to college-level science teaching. A method is defined as A-T if it uses modular independent study materials with a recorded audio component. The conclusions are that, with A-T, students learn effectively, like the approach, and especially favor its self-paced independent study aspects.Keywords
