ZUR FRAGE DES VORKOMMENS MÄNNLICHER HORMONE IM MENSCHLICHEN SPERMA

Abstract
Human sperm was extracted first with benzene and then with butanol at pH 7. The butanol extract was hydrolyzed with acid. Both extracts were separated into alkaline and neutral fractions as well as into ketonic and non-ketonic fractions. The neutral ketonic fraction upon reaction with Zimmermann reagent exhibited maximum absorption at 530 m[mu], but the antimonytrichloride reaction was negative.
