Abstract
Disiloxydiphosphines of the type ∣Ph2P(CH2)nSi(CH3)2∣2O (where n=1 and 3) were synthesized effectively by phosphination of the corresponding ethoxysimethyl(ω-halogenoalkyl)silanes followed by their hydrolysis. Disiloxydiphosphine and trisiloxy-triphosphine ∣Ph2PCH2CH2Si(CH3)2∣2O and ∣Ph2PCH2CH2Si(CH3)2O∣2-Si (CH3)CH2CH2PPh2, were prepared by free radical addition of diphenylphosphine to vinyl groups of suitable vinylsiloxanes. The prepared siloxyphosphines constitute a novel group of organosiliconphosphorus compounds which can be applied as ligands of transition metal complexes. Keywords
