Abstract
Dorothia and Marssonella are ataxophragmiacean genera typically possessing canaliculate walls. They are believed to have evolved independently from noncanaliculate Praedorothia gen. nov. and Protomarssonella gen. nov. of Early Cretaceous time. Keywords
