Abstract
Analysis of DNA gyrase supercoiling and of norfloxacin uptake in Escherichia coli GN14176, a moderately norfloxacin-resistant clinical isolate, indicated that resistance was associated with both an altered drug target and a reduction in drug uptake.This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
