Abstract
2,4‐14 C‐Citrate incorporated to a far greater extent than 1,5‐14 C‐citrate into liver, carcass or adipose tissue fatty acids of living mice. This finding excludes the possibility that the acetyl units emerge from the mitochondria in the form of citrate.Keywords
