Abstract
The emergence of lymphoblast-like cells, capable of rapidly destroying tumor cells, was observed in primary cultures of an antigenic sarcoma transplantable in strain 13 guinea pigs. It is likely that these cytotoxic cells represent the progeny of lymphocytes sensitive to tutmor antigens that had infiltrated the tumor tissue. Keywords
