Abstract
The two-neutron transfer reaction (, ) to the ground and first states of has been measured at 55-, 60-, 70-, and 77-MeV projectile energy. Angular distributions and absolute cross sections are compared with the theory of Dar, which accounts for a large part of the variation of cross section with target mass number, energy, and the observed angular distributions. Evidence for multiple processes is exhibited in the excited-state cross sections.
