Abstract
The general considerations of the previous paper are applied to a specific model based on SO(10)×. Quark and lepton mass relations are discussed. Weak mixing angles and violation are computed in terms of the top-quark mass and two effective vacuum phase angles. The predictions fall within experimentally allowed limits for a range of variation of these parameters. More precise experimental data will allow a three-parameter fit of our results and lead to predictions on -meson physics, rare decay modes, etc.
