Abstract
We present cross section estimates and describe possible experiments for the production of the doubly strange six quark H dibaryon in the two-body reactions +p→+H,+H, +p→+H,+H, and Λ+p→+H,+H, in the energy region from 1 to 20 GeV. We also consider the semi-inclusive process +p→H+p¯+X in the region of a few hundred GeV/c, and two step processes induced by pion and kaon beams in the 2–6 GeV/c range.
