EFFECT OF THIOCARBANIDIN AND RELATED COMPOUNDS ON MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS VAR HOMINIS INVITRO AND INVIVO

Abstract
Antituberculous activity of 24 new thiourea compounds was studied. Seven compounds were phenylalkylthioureas and 17 were thiocarbanilides. The thiocar-banilides were more active in vitro and in vivo than the phenylalkylthioureas.
