Abstract
The data indicate that a mutation, pur-91, in the structural gene for adenylosuccinase has resulted in: (1) an adenylosuccinase altered with respect to stability characteristics, (2) a deficiency in the amount of specific enzyme synthesized by the mutant, and (3) acute repressibility of adenylosuccinase. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
