Abstract
In the pupilloplasty technique, the surgeon creates multiple partial sphincterotomies and stretches the sphincterotomies to enlarge any inadequately dilated pupil so that phacoemulsification can be safely performed. The technique recovers excellent physiologic function and cosmesis postoperatively.Keywords
