Abstract
A young man with a 4 yr history of lymphomatoid papulosis subsequently developed a systemic lymphoma. [IgG antibody titer to Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) rose from 1:10 to 1:160. There may have been impaired T-lymphocyte function which allowed lymphoma to disseminate, or EBV may be more directly involved in pathogenesis by transforming .beta.-lymphocytes.] Further doubt is cast on the benign nature of this disorder. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
