Abstract
All natural-parity states of have been studied with high accuracy with the coincidence and radiative-capture reactions. The four-particle, two-hole , , , and states deexcite with consecutive enhanced and cross-over transitions having Weisskopf units (W.u.) and W.u. These data suggest the existence of an + dipole band in similar to those discussed recently by Iachello and Jackson.
