Abstract
The permeability of the dentine and enamel to P32 following the treatment of the teeth with fluorides was tested by placing a very fine grain stripping film emulsion on the surface of the ground tooth section and exposing it to the radiation of the adsorbed isotope. The emulsion is developed while still in contact with the tooth thus affording a direct view of the penetration. Keywords
