Abstract
A case of psoriatic arthritis and spondylitis with hyper-uricemia, splenomegaly and non-necrotizing granulomatous inflammation of the liver is presented. The differential diagnosis between psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and gout is discussed. The abnormal metabolism of the hyperplastic epidermal cells in psoriasis and response to anti-folic acid agents are described. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
