Abstract
The article presents a literary criticism of the body of work of bell hooks. The article discusses hooks' theories about white supremacist, capitalist and patriarchal values in society in the context of diversity, multiculturalism, identity politics and contemporary management theory. Books discussed include "Feminist Theory: From Margin to Center," "Ain"t I a Woman: Black Women and Feminism," and "Talking Back: Thinking Feminist, Thinking Black."Keywords
