Abstract
In a 38 yr old patient with alcoholic liver cirrhosis and hemorrhage from a gastric ulcer, granulocytopenia occurred during cimetidine treatment. It was reversible after therapy was stopped. The platelet count also fell during cimetidine and a reduction of megakaryocytes was found in the bone marrow. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
