Abstract
Thirty-six patients with rheumatoid arthritis were studied to determine the effectiveness and safety of combined therapy with naproxen and aspirin. An 8-week double-blind crossover trial was performed in which naproxen and placebo were administered on a background of constant-dose aspirin. Combination therapy was demonstrated to be more effective than aspirin alone. Tolerance of the two regimens was comparable. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
