Abstract
This article relies on data obtained through a telephone poll in Russia regarding sexual issues. The older generations of Russians demonstrate more reserved attitudes toward sexuality. Further information was obtained through a computer newsgroup for sex education in St. Petersburg, Russia. The development of adequate structures for information and counseling demonstrates the computer network as an effective tool in sex education. Keywords
