Abstract
Using Fourier-transform spectral interferometry, we demonstrate the measurement of both amplitude and phase of photon echoes in GaAs multiple-quantum-well structures. The complete measurement of the electric field thus achieved makes possible the determination of the corresponding Wigner spectrograms. Keywords
