Abstract
The total red cell volume was increased in all rats which received Co for 18 days or more. There were no significant or constant changes in the bone marrow by differential count. The wt. of the spleen and liver of the rats which received Co daily for long periods, was not significantly different from animals given a single injn. of Co or from that of normal animals. With a daily dose of 0.125 mg. Co intraperitoneally, the wt. of 24 of 29 animals remained within 10 g. of the expected body wt. during the entire course. Keywords
