Abstract
An enzyme system isolated from rat liver nuclei was found to catalyze the incorporation of labeled ribonucleoside triphosphates into ribonucleic acid. The enzymatic activity was dependent on the presence of all 4 ribonucleoside triphosphates. Evidence is presented which shows that the incorporation of labeled ribonucleoside triphosphate occurs throughout the entire polynucleotide chain. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
