Abstract
Severe dystrophy develops in rabbits on a vit. E deficient diet in the absence of cod liver oil; a-tocopherol prevents this dystrophy; cod liver oil counteracts the antidystrophic action of a-tocopherol and produces muscle lesions; and increasing the a-tocopherol sufficiently prevents the dystrophic action of cod liver oil. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
