Abstract
The preparation of C-17 carboxylated derivatives of gibberellin A4 using anions of α-trimethylsilyl-ethanoic acid derivatives is described. It is demonstrated that such derivatives are useful for the preparation of GA4-17-linked hapten–protein conjugates for use as antigens. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
