Abstract
Influence of the oxygen deficiency was investigated for high T c superconducting oxides (La·Ba)2CuO4-y by measuring electrical resistivity. It is found that the temperature dependence of the normal resistivity changes from metallic to semiconducting as oxygen deficiency increases and that oxygen deficiency degrades the superconductivity. Keywords
